Jolina Kahn
Co-Founder & CEO
Jolina Kahn is an HR Professional, Business Partner, Change Leader, Strategist, Futurist and Designer. She has had 20 years of international experience in Human Resources across different markets, including all of Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Puerto Rico and Ireland. With a strong history in companies across various industries, she is well versed across all functions in HR as a generalist, has led the function as Head of HR and has managed as many as 40,000 employees as part of her scope.
Her past experiences include:
- Optum (United Health Group) – Senior Talent Partner (Global), Head of HR (Philippines)
- Equis – Head of HR (Philippines)
- Microsoft – Head of HR (Philippines), HR Business Manager (Asia Pacific Region)
- Unilever – HR Business Partner (Asia, Africa, Middle East and Turkey Region)
Jolina is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists and is taking up her MBA from Hult International Business School. She is also a graduate of De La Salle University and has a Certificate of Design Leadership for Business from Parsons New York and Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School. From helping leaders navigate uncertainties through foresight and building design thinking to the people solutions she provides, Jolina nurtures people and businesses to grow by exploring possibilities and asking insightful questions.
Jose Antonio Kahn
Co-Founder, President & COO
Jose Antonio “Jak” Kahn is a HR and Org Development Professional, Facilitator, Profiler, Business Partner, Employee Engagement Specialist and Gamification Expert. He has 17 years of experience in the creation, implementation and delivery of human resource solutions, especially learning and organizational development programs and initiatives aligned to support business goals.

This philosophy has resulted to him being dubbed by his participants as the “Entertrainer”. He is also a Game Master for table top role-playing games and applies to HR the same level of innovation and shared experiences to the people solutions he provides.
Pam Valenzuela

Pam Mallari-Valenzuela or “Pam” is a seasoned and awarded Marketing and Business Leader with a demonstrated history of building brands, growing sustainable businesses and winning share in various markets and industries.
Pam is a regional (Asia) speaker on Influencer Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Communication and Leadership. She is often called on to share on Life-Long Well-Being, Women Issues, Inclusion & Diversity, Sustainability, Emotional Balance/Intelligence and Psycho-Social Issues.

Ricardo Manuel Chan

Ricardo Manuel “Rocky” Chan is a Lawyer, Entreprenuer and Business Consultant who excels in labor relations, corporate formation, immigration procedures, and client relations.
Having started his career with the Labor and Employment Department of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz (ACCRA Law), he has since spent the last 9 years honing his craft in the field of foreign investment consultancy.
Rocky is also a Founding Partner at EnterPH, which is an emerging name in the field of business consultancy, specializing in investor relations and helping companies conveniently establish an enterprise in the Philippines. Founded by a seasoned corporate lawyer, a renowned business development consultant who also practices corporate law, and a maven in consular affairs and entrepreneurship, EnterPH delivers end-to-end service to its clientele, with prior focus on business registration and development, the procurement of legal requirements, and the identification of viable investment solutions.
Rocky has been involved in the success of over 200 multinational clients across a wide gamut of industries. Aside from advising the company’s clientele on business formation requirements and proceedings and immigration policies, he provides real world labor law and human capital strategies and best practices.
