KahnDo Solutions started with a curious question. What if Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises had access to strategic HR that could help them transform their business? Would that be a game changer?

This seed of an idea persisted and eventually led us to do our research, just to see if there was something to this hypothesis. After speaking to entrepreneurs and business leaders from different fields, we realized that a lot of them knew that HR was important and that their people agenda was priority, but didn’t have the resources available to get the full-time support they needed. So they ended up taking on the role themselves, without the right expertise or knowledge. That was then the value and opportunity we could address. Moved by this thought, KahnDo Solutions was founded to help organizations scale for the growth they need, no matter the size of the business.

Today KahnDo Solutions has a core number of clients on subscription who have access to our strategic HR consulting services, for whatever amount of time they require. This can be as low as 5 hours and as high as 64 hours a month. Our services range from covering basics like establishing employee contracts, employee handbooks, to talent management interventions, to coaching our clients on the complex employee and people decisions they need to make. It is our belief that by giving access to strategic HR for our MSMEs, this helps contribute to the growth of the country, and as our purpose says, enable building the workforce of the future today.
