With a high ambition for growth, this long-term subscription client of KahnDo needed to quickly build capability as they scaled their business. With that in mind, we facilitated and process and asked the Leadership Team, “What behaviors do we need to exhibit in order to compete in the marketplace and deliver against our growth ambition in the next 3 – 5 years?”

This process then determined the core Leadership Competencies for everyone in the organization, which went hand-in-hand with its well-established culture. Introduced to the team through a curated cascade, these competencies are now in place, along side Functional Competencies, driving the growth and development of the team.

In this program, we partnered with the new General Manager to integrate them with the established team, as well as build their long-term strategic plan as they took on the helm of the company.

The anchor of the intervention was the company purpose, which helped determine their shared values and game plan for the strategy they built as a team. In creating the strategy, visual planning tools were used, which helped to engage the participants. The output from the session was immediately ready for execution and delivery.
